Location

Zion Ponderosa Ranch provides easy access to Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon,  Brian Head, and all the hidden treasures and trails in between. Come prepared for the adventure of a lifetime.

Ray's Restaurant

Ray believed that great home-cooked food could bring people together. We serve family favorite recipes made with fresh local ingredients. The atmosphere and hearty food make Ray’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy time together.

Accommodation

Zion Ponderosa Ranch has accommodations for all types of travelers.  Dry Camping, Wagons, Tents, RV’s, Cowboy Cabins, Cabin Suites, and Luxury Vacation Homes.  With all accommodations you will have access to 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, and warm showers.

IMPORTANT!!

If you are going with the $105 per person option please go to www.zionponderosa.com to make your lodging reservations ASAP! Cabins and RV Sites will sell out quickly!  The $150 per person option includes 3 nights of Dry/Tent Camping.  There are a limited number of dry RV Sites available.

Event Information:

Thursday is arrival day:

REGISTRATION WILL START NO LATER THAN 11:00 AM IN THE FIELD IN FRONT OF THE DRY CAMPING AREA

It’s a free for all.  Get settled in and have some fun.

If you made lodging reservations directly with Zion Ponderosa Ranch, please check at the lodge. Once you are settled in make your way down to the Flying Monkey Base Camp and find me, Jesse.  I will have your swag bag and get you checked into the rally. This option is for those of you that paid the $105.00 registration fee.

If you paid the $150.00 registration fee, you have paid for 3 nights of dry camping and you need to proceed directly to the Flying Monkey Base Camp and I will get you checked in and provide you with your swag bag.

If you arrive early, set up camp, explore Zion Ponderosa Ranch and the surrounding areas.  A short drive from camp will bring you to the Observation Point Trail head. Stop by the main lodge and grab a map from the reservation desk.

You are on your own for meals. Ray’s Restaurant is onsite and has delicious food.

Friday is the first big day:

Breakfast: Ray’s restaurant is available for breakfast.  Get up early and eat and get hydrated.

8:00 AM

Coffee will be provided at the Dry Camp Reservation Area.

Ride

Rides will depart.  Attendees will be able to form riding groups and decide witch beautiful destination to ride to.  If you want to ride in a smaller group or solo we will provide GPS Waypoints.  I will email the GPS Waypoints out a week or so before the event. We will also have GPS Waypoints available for download at the event.

Lunch

There are restaurants on most routes and we will decide where to eat dependent on where we end up at lunch time.  I highly recommend bringing food and water on all rides in case of an emergency.

Back to the camp

I highly recommend getting back to camp by 5:30 PM.

We will have some of our sponsors onsite at Flying Monkey Base camp and you will want to stop by and check out what they have to offer!

Saturday:

 

7:00 Have a big breakfast and throw on your clean undees for our annual group photo

8:30 Start lining up for our group photo.  This will be the largest number of riders to date and the photo will be taken behind the lodge/restaurant.

9:00 GROUP PHOTO

9:30 Rides will depart.  We should have 2 group options available.  If you want to ride in a smaller group or solo we will provide GPS tracks.  I will email the GPS tracks out a week or so before the event. We will also have GPS tracks available for download at the event.

7:00 Hang out at Camp. Camp Fire. 

Sunday:

Sunday is another free for all day. Most attendees will be cleaning up and heading home.
